DIY Slime - Robin's Egg Cake

Ever wondered why robins are one of the very few birds that lay beautiful blue eggs? This stunning blue hue is all due to the pigment biliverdin, which is deposited on an eggshell when the mother lays her eggs. The healthier the mother, the bluer the eggs.

This color was too pretty not to replicate, which is why the idea for Robin's Egg Cake was hatched! Robin's Egg Cake is a DIY clay slime that is reminiscent of a delicious Easter Sunday dessert. It is made up of a cream-colored glossy clay base slime that smells just like freshly baked pistachio cake. And to top it off (literally), the DIY set also comes with a mint-colored cake clay piece. With speckles mixed into the slice throughout, it is almost as if this cake has captured a robin's egg in the form of a sweet confection.

At the end of it all, you have the most fun job of placing your slice of mint-colored cake on top and mixing your glorious creation! Once everything is mixed together you are left with a mint-colored butter slime that might even motivate you to make the same thing in real life!

How to assemble:

1. Start by opening your glossy clay slime, Robin's Egg Cake Base, which is wonderful all on its own. If you want to play with it before assembling your honey dessert now is the time :)
2. Now unpack your handmade Pistachio Cake Clay Piece and add it on top of your Base slime.
3. Enjoy the satisfying experience of mixing everything together and watch all ingredients combine into a super smooth DIY Clay Slime.

Extra: Every slime comes with a mint-colored cake clay piece that you can use to decorate your slime.

Every order comes with one care package which includes a 1oz/30ml bottle of activator solution that you can use to fix sticky slime, a slime care instruction sheet, and candy.

You can purchase extra care packages here if you need more than one (e.g. if you purchase multiple slimes as gifts for multiple people). Some slimes might also come with extras like sprinkles that you can use to decorate your slime.
