How long does slime last?
The shelf life of slime varies from type to type. Some slimes can last for a long time without getting sticky even if they don’t get activated. Others get sticky faster and therefore need more care. Just see your slime as a little pet that wants to be taken care of now and then. Please click here to read about how to take care of your slime.

Do your slimes include borax?
Yes, all our slimes are made with borax. Please do not purchase if you are allergic to borax.
I have allergies and/or I am ingredient conscious. What is in your slime?
All our slimes are made with school grade craft supplies as well as cosmetic grade and body safe ingredients. However, if your body is very sensitive it still might show allergic reactions. Do not play with slime if you are allergic to borax, glue, shaving cream, cornstarch, baby oil, lotion, soap, food coloring, acrylic paint, cosmetic grade pigments, and/or fragrances/essential oils. If you have a specific allergy and want to make sure that our slimes don’t include it please feel free to contact us here.
My slime is sticky, stiff, not stretchy, not clear anymore, what can I do?

What is a slime activator, and how do I make it?
A slime activator literally activates your slime and is necessary to create and maintain the chemical reaction that results in slime. Every order includes a little baggie of “Activator Dust” that can be used to make your very own activator. For instructions please click here. Before playing with your slime always make sure to carefully test if it is sticky. In case of stickiness add and mix in tiny amounts (drops) of activator at a time until it is not sticky anymore. BE CAREFUL: Slime gets overactivated very easily!
What is the recommended age for slime?
Slime is recommended for kids ages 8 and up. Please keep slime away from small children at any time (CHOKING HAZARD).
Can I eat your slime?
No, all our slimes are NOT EDIBLE. Please do not ingest any slime at any time.
Can I review your slime?
Yes, you are more than welcome to review any slime you purchase from our shop.
Can I have free slime or samples?
We do not offer free slime and/or samples.
What does my slime order include?
Besides the slime(s) you ordered your will always receive an extras bag that includes a a slime care sheet with all important instructions, a baggie with Activator Dust, and some candy.
How long does shipping take?
We process our orders within 2-4 days. This means once you placed your order, we package the items you ordered and prepare them for shipment within 2-4 days. Please be aware that the delivery time you choose when selecting a shipping method only applies to shipping, and will be added to the regular processing times.
Example: If you choose 2 day shipping, your order will arrive in 4-6 days (2 day shipping plus 2-4 day processing). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
NOTE: International shipments will take longer than domestic ones (US). Additional customs fees may apply which. We are not responsible for any fees and/or delays due to processing by customs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, simply check the tracking number we provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. IMPORTANT: You as the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
I placed my order but never received a confirmation email. What happened?
You may have entered a wrong email address. Please contact us here using our contact form. Don't forget to include your name and the items you ordered.
My child stole my credit card and used it to purchase slime. What can I do?
Please contact us immediately! If we haven't shipped out the order, we are more than happy to cancel it and issue a refund. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. We are not responsible for your child's actions, and can therefore not issue a refund once the order has been shipped.
What can I do if my package was lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS who is happy to help you finding your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will most likely already be processed and can therefore not be cancelled anymore.
Can I return a product and/or get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns due to the handmade nature of our slime. All sales are final!
My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?
In case you receive your slime in a damaged condition or not as described please don’t hesitate to contact us through our contact form here and we will see what we can do for you.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely! Our site in operated through Shopify, and all payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant for your payments, and accepts all major credit cards.
Are there any slimes available at a discounted price?
At this time, we do not offer discounted slimes. However, we will offer discount codes for holiday sales or special occasions. If available, coupon codes will be shown on our Instagram page: slime.fantasies
My email has not been answered yet. Will I ever get a response?
My team and I do our best to answer every customer email we receive. However, due to the large number of messages we receive each day, it may take some time until we get back to you. We promise to always get back to you, even if it takes a little longer.
